Do I need to leave Uber Eats or DoorDash?

Not at all. Order ATX works alongside your existing platforms. Run us from a phone, tablet, or laptop you already have. Zero disruption.

Do I need any new hardware?

No. Our dashboard works in any web browser on the phone, tablet, or laptop you already have. If you use a POS, let us know during onboarding and we'll see if we can plug in there too.

Who handles delivery?

We do. Once the order's ready, a driver is dispatched to pick it up. Nothing new to manage on your end.

How do payments work?

Payments go straight to your Stripe account with our 15% deducted automatically. Stripe charges you 2.9% + 30 cents for card processing. During onboarding, you choose automatic Order ATX tax calculation or set up your own manual tax rules.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing upfront. No setup fees, no monthly fees. We only earn when you earn: 15% of food cost per order, plus Stripe's card processing fee.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts and no minimums. Payments flow directly through your Stripe account, so there's nothing to untangle. You stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.

What marketing do you actually do?

We work with each partner to find the right mix: QR codes, events, partnerships with Austin businesses, community outreach, and targeted campaigns. Every kitchen is different, so we tailor the approach to what will move the needle for yours. All included free. We also offer additional marketing and consulting at reasonable rates.

What customer data do I actually get?

The data the big platforms keep from you: customer contact info, full order history, reorder frequency, and feedback from customer surveys. Enough to know who your regulars are, what they think, and reach them directly.

Do I get my own ordering page?

Yes. You get a branded page at yourname.orderatx.com. Your menu, your brand, front and center. Customers go straight to you instead of scrolling through a crowded marketplace.

What if I run multiple brands out of one kitchen?

We can support you. Each brand gets its own subdomain and ordering page: separate menus, separate branding, all flowing into the same kitchen.
